I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you do not need your shit to be distributed, decentralized, bare-metal, trustless, scalable, fault-tolerant, FOSS, ethically sourced, or hand-rolled. To solve your coordination problem, use a group chat, a company, or a meme. That’s it.
If you can’t do it as a group chat, a company, or a meme, it’s probably not a coordination problem. If you think it needs to be rewritten in Rust or whatever? That’s not a problem. That’s your special interest.
